How to Prepare
- Use Sodium Heparin Vacutainer for peripheral blood
- For bone marrow, collect in a heparinized syringe
- Label the sample with patient name, date, and time of collection
- Transport the sample to the laboratory at ambient temperature (15-25°C) within 24 hours
- Do not freeze the sample
