1. Before Sample Collection:
- Full Refund: If you cancel your order before the sample collection, a full refund will be issued, minus any processing fees associated with your payment method.
2. After Sample Collection but Before Dispatch:
- 10% Deduction: If you cancel after the sample has been collected but before it has been dispatched to the lab, DNA Labs India will deduct 10% of the amount and refund the remaining 90%.
3. After Dispatch but Before Delivery to Lab:
- 20% Deduction: If you cancel after the sample has been dispatched but before it has been delivered to the lab, DNA Labs India will deduct 20% of the amount and refund the remaining 80%.
4. After Delivery and During Initial Processing:
- 40% Deduction: If you cancel after the sample has been delivered to the lab and is in the first stage of sample preparation, DNA Labs India will deduct 40% of the amount and refund 60%.
5. Inconclusive Results:
- Retest Option: If the samples do not yield any results, DNA Labs India will provide a retest free of cost.
- Refund Option: If the customer insists on a refund instead of a retest, DNA Labs India will deduct 70% of the amount and refund 30%.
6. No Refunds After Full Processing:
- Once the testing process has been fully initiated and completed, no refunds will be issued.
7. Additional Testing Costs:
- In cases where additional testing is required to obtain conclusive results, customers will be notified of the additional cost before proceeding. There will be no refunds for declined additional testing.
8. Disclaimer of Liability:
- DNA Labs India is not liable for any errors or omissions in the reports and does not provide refunds in such cases.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- The refund policy is governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
